When you bring your machine into the workshop, we attach a job tag with a QR code. This helps us keep your mower linked to your job details.

2) Tracking every stage

Using the QR code system, we can track your mower as it moves through the workshop—whether that’s:

• into the workshop

• out of the workshop (as parts and inspection steps require)

• ordering parts

• working through the repair/service process

That means we always know where your machine is in our system.

3) Clean, serviced, and ready

After the work is complete, we make sure the mower is cleaned, serviced, and handed back ready to go. The tags may look a little tattier by the end of the process—but the important part is your machine leaves the workshop serviced, cared for, and prepared.
